Hearns comes to the cage accompanied by Black Eyed Bruiser. Goldberg has chosen GOLDBERG as his entrance music. Thomas Hearns is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Daniel Blasius and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goldberg looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Hearns throws a hook but Goldberg blocks it.
Goldberg fails with a takedown attempt.
Goldberg tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hearns swats him away and circles back towards the center.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hearns looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Goldberg has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Hearns is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Goldberg forces Hearns back against the cage and clinches.
Hearns misses with a knee to the head.
Hearns pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Goldberg wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Hearns jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Goldberg takes an elbow to the temple.

Goldberg tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hearns smiles and moves away.
Thomas Hearns has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bill Goldberg.
Goldberg keeps the fight on the outside.
A head kick misses from Hearns.
Thomas Hearns is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Goldberg avoids the body shot from Hearns.
Goldberg gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Hearns lands with a right to the head.
Hearns throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Hearns lands an elbow inside that Goldberg shrugs off.
Goldberg tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Hearns just stands there and leans against the cage.
Hearns putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Goldberg in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.

Hearns has closed the distance and engaged Goldberg in a clinch.

Hearns lands an elbow just above Goldberg 's eye.

Hearns breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Goldberg takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Goldberg moves in looking to clinch but Hearns pushes him off.
Goldberg swats away the attempt to clinch by Hearns.
Hearns throws a good cross that connects.
Goldberg takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Goldberg closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hearns circles away.
Hearns lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Hearns misses with a head kick.
Hearns fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Goldberg, pushing him back against the cage.
Goldberg avoids the elbow strike from Hearns, against the cage.
Hearns lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Hearns lands a damaging elbow.
Hearns comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Hearns has Goldberg pressed against the cage. He pushes Goldberg back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Hearns throws a beautiful elbow that sends Goldberg crashing to the floor! Hearns piles on the pressure with more strikes! Goldberg is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Thomas Hearns!
