Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kauko Osterlander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patrick Givens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Givens has chosen Three days grace-Riot as his entrance music. Patrick Givens told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Steven Brown and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Givens keeps the fight on the outside.
Osterlander sizes up Givens with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

It looks like Patrick Givens has been cut.
Osterlander scores with a crisp jab that stopped Givens in his tracks.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Givens is defended easily by Osterlander.
Osterlander moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Givens lands with a nice combination. Osterlander backs away looking to recover.
Givens misses with a head kick.
Givens throws a lazy uppercut
and Osterlander counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Osterlander clobbers Givens with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Givens shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Osterlander but Osterlander pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Nice sprawl there from Osterlander as Givens shoots in.
Kauko Osterlander has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Patrick Givens.
Givens tries a head kick but it misses.
Patrick Givens seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Osterlander connects with a body shot that sends Givens's belly button to the back.

Osterlander moves out of range as Givens throws a body kick.
Osterlander scores with a jab. Givens acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Osterlander is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Givens tries to clinch but Osterlander moves out of range.
Osterlander swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Givens shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Osterlander sizes up Givens with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Osterlander lands a jab to the nose.
Osterlander works the jab nicely.
Osterlander lunges at Givens with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Givens's hand.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Givens looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Osterlander is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Osterlander lands a big head kick that sends Givens tumbling to the mat! Osterlander takes a step backwards and waves Givens back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Givens is rocked!
Kauko Osterlander is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Osterlander circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Givens to the canvas! Givens doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Osterlander keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
