The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanegan fails with a takedown attempt.

and Hanegan counters with a single leg into guard. Guilherme didn't expect that.

Guilherme is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Hanegan closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Guilherme had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Hanegan is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Guilherme Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Hanegan's back instead.

Hanegan is looking to escape here. Oh dear - Guilherme has locked on a rear naked choke here! Hanegan is tapping out! The fight is over!
