Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hannibal Butrovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aldo Raine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Raine comes into a darkened arena with his song building. DMX : It's Dark & Hell Is Hot kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Aldo Raine will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Butrovic throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Raine sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Butrovic ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Raine moves away.
Butrovic misses the shot to the body.

Raine ducks under a wild hook from Butrovic.
Butrovic throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Raine displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Butrovic.

Raine might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Butrovic haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Butrovic is trying to control the position but Raine postures up.
Butrovic wants to sweep here but Raine controlling him for the moment.

Butrovic seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Aldo Raine wasn't active enough on the ground.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Butrovic gets cracked there but stands up to it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Raine's jab looks to have found its range, popping Butrovic under the eye.
Raine drops Butrovic with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Butrovic! Raine dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
