Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dubrov closes the distance and clinches.
Dubrov tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Amado tries to circle away but Dubrov has him pinned against the cage.
Amado breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Amado throws a shot to the body.
Dubrov avoids the body shot from Amado.
Amado throws a lazy head kick
and Dubrov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Amado misses with a head kick.
Amado pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dubrov lands a big head kick that sends Amado tumbling to the mat! Dubrov takes a step backwards and waves Amado back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Aldo Amado has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dubrov doesn't manage to clinch there - Amado circles away.
Amado throws a head kick but Dubrov moves out of range.
Dubrov tries to clinch but Amado is having none of it.
Amado throws a head kick that misses.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Amado has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Dubrov blocks a head kick by Amado.
Dubrov moves in looking to clinch but Amado pushes him off.
Amado throws a right hand that Dubrov ducks under and follows up with a left that Dubrov also avoids with ease.

Dubrov is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Amado is defending well for now.

Dubrov blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Dubrov connects with a nasty looking knee right to Amado's face.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Amado.

Amado escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Amado throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dubrov.
Amado misses with a head kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dubrov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Amado manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Dubrov rushes Amado with punches - Amado moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Amado goes down! Dubrov follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pavel Dubrov!
After winning the bout, Pavel Dubrov thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
