Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Donovan Knox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Bullet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carlos Bullet has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Donovan Knox's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knox stuffs the takedown.

Knox changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bullet looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Bullet is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Knox breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Knox tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Knox shoots in looking for a takedown but Bullet manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Knox's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Knox shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bullet is trying to defend but Knox finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Well, if Knox is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Knox jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Bullet manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Knox connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Bullet some visible discomfort.

Knox works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Knox remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
