Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Edson Gomes and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvarez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Serafim tries to avoid it but Alvarez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Serafim to the ground. Serafim escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Alvarez.
Alvarez shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Serafim but Serafim pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Alex Serafim has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chad Alvarez.
Serafim throws a looping overhand right but Alvarez ducks down to avoid it.
Serafim loads up on a big right hand but Alvarez slips the punch.
Alvarez closes this distance looking for a takedown but Serafim circles away.
Serafim throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Alvarez sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Serafim feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Alvarez sprawling to the canvas! Alvarez rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Serafim finish him?!
Alvarez is rocked!
It looks like Chad Alvarez has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Alvarez ducks under a wild hook from Serafim.

Serafim looks to throw the jab but Alvarez is out of range.
Serafim throws a hook but Alvarez blocks it.
Nice defenses there by Alvarez.
Alvarez is trying desperately to land a takedown but Serafim is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Alvarez.
Serafim displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Alvarez.
Serafim misses with a straight right.
Serafim looks to land a right hand but Alvarez moved out of range.
Serafim lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Alvarez crumples to the floor! Serafim milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
