Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Major Pain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dax Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Major Pain! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dax Miller! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, John Kavanagh and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pain closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Miller quickly recovers to half guard. Pain passes to side control. Pain staying calm. Pain decides to stand back up. Pain gets a double leg takedown into Miller's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pain stands and steps away. Miller gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Horrible takedown by Pain or perhaps it was just good defense by Miller which made him look bad. Pain changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Miller looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Miller is looking for a sweep. Miller trying to remain calm as Pain controls from the top position. Sloppy strikes there by Pain. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pain content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Pain has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Major Pain just wasn't active enough. Pain takes the fight into the clinch. Pain gets control of Miller's arms and successfully pulls guard. Pain will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. This has been an exciting period of action! There's a bit of a scramble here and now Pain is on top in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pain wants to pass the guard but Miller is keeping the position. Pain passes Miller's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Pain is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Miller has managed to free his arm - good work. Pain works his foot free and advances to mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Pain cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Pain controlling from the full mount. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Major Pain dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Pain throws a head kick but Miller moves out of range.
Pain checks the leg kick. Miller throws a low kick but it's checked well by Pain. Some bone on bone action there as Pain checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Miller shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Pain misses with an attempted mid kick.
Miller blocks a head kick by Pain.
Miller ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Miller gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Pain to score an easy takedown into full guard. Pain not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pain postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Miller working a defensive guard but Pain passes into half guard.
Pain has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Miller tries to hold on but Pain postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pain connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Pain stands up from mount. Strange move. Pain bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Pain does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Miller tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Pain lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Miller at a distance.
Miller stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Miller wants it to stay on the feet. Pain closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Pain lands in his opponent's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pain slips nicely into half guard. Major Pain overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Pain perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Major Pain dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Miller fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Pain has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. A head kick misses from Miller. Miller misses with a low kick.
Pain tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Miller paws at him with a jab and circles away. Pain shoots in but no luck this time. Pain misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Miller throws a nice inside leg kick. Pain throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Miller tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Pain is in Miller's guard. Pain slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pain stands and steps away. Miller gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Pain scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Pain is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Miller can do to turn this around? Pain moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Pain stands up and beckons Miller to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice takedown defense from Miller. No joy for Pain on that attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Major Pain. That's going to take a lot out of him. Miller connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Miller pivots, looking for a leg kick but Pain is out of range and Miller settles back down. Miller tries to score with a low kick but Pain moves his leg out of the way. The fight stays on the outside here - Pain looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Pain moves out of range of the body kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller throws a low kick, looking for Pain's leg but Pain calmly moves out of range. Miller turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Nice body kick from Miller. Pain closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Miller quickly recovers to half guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Pain looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Miller on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Pain seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pain decides to stand up. Miller avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pain shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Miller pinned against the cage. Miller gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. This has been an exciting period of action! Pain shoots in and bounces Miller off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Major Pain showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Pain, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
