Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tom Lawlor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wade Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lawlor's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Loser. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Wade Wilson enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawlor forces Wilson back against the cage and clinches.
Wilson tries for a takedown. No joy.
Lawlor jumps guard.
Lawlor is looking to sweep but instead, Wilson has passed into half guard.
Lawlor looking for submissions off his back.
Lawlor is trying to stand back up but Wilson is controlling him
Lawlor trying to get back to full guard but Wilson takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!

Lawlor has one foot on Wilson's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Wilson misses with a few strikes there.
Lawlor really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lawlor looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Lawlor tries to free his leg and advance position but Wilson is retaining full guard.
Lawlor advances to half guard.
Lawlor wants to stand but his hand is trapped. Wilson uses the opportunity to regain full guard.
Wilson has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Lawlor off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Wilson instigates a clinch.

Wilson drives through and clinches with Lawlor against the cage.
Lawlor drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tom Lawlor. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lawlor is working for takedown but Wilson is calmly controlling the position for now.
Lawlor is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Wilson gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Lawlor tightens his grip and picks Wilson up, before dumping him to the ground. Wilson manages to land in guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lawlor stands up from Wilson's guard - Lawlor perhaps looking for a knockout.

Wilson is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Lawlor is keeping busy.
Lawlor wants a takedown but no success here.

Lawlor has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Wilson avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Wilson trying to stall but Lawlor improves his position.
Lawlor tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Wilson just stands there and leans against the cage.
Lawlor drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Wilson gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Lawlor manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Lawlor is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Lawlor gets a takedown into half guard.
Lawlor wants to work for an arm triangle but Wilson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Wilson tries to kick Lawlor off but Lawlor keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Lawlor is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Wilson has managed to free his arm - good work.
Lawlor is working for a submission of some sort.
Wilson pushes Lawlor off looking to stand but Lawlor dives back in and keeps control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lawlor wants to free his trapped foot but Wilson is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Wilson is defending against the submission attempts here by Lawlor.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tom Lawlor dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Lawlor keeps the fight on the outside.
Wilson wants to clinch.
Lawlor throws a quick inside leg kick.
Lawlor swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Wilson counters with a shoot takedown. Lawlor fights it but they end up in guard.
Lawlor working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Wilson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Wilson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Lawlor is looking to sinch up a triangle. Wilson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Lawlor's body to avoid the submission. Lawlor has instead reached around Wilson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Lawlor arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
