Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Emmanuel Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitaliy Yakimenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Emmanuel Singh has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Emmanuel Singh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vitaliy Yakimenko!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Eddie Farnsworth and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Singh misses the jab.
Singh throws an overhand right that lands on Yakimenko's shoulder, as Yakimenko tries to avoid the shot.
Singh throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Singh jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Yakimenko walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Singh lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Yakimenko tries to score a power double leg takedown but Singh sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Yakimenko somewhat.

Vitaliy Yakimenko decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
