Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scott Moxley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksandr Karelin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Scott Moxley has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Scott Moxley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Aleksandr Karelin!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karelin connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Karelin drives through and clinches with Moxley against the cage.

Moxley gets control of Karelin's arms and successfully pulls guard. Moxley will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Karelin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Moxley swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

and Karelin counters with a three punch combo that has Moxley backing up. Moxley nods at Karelin to acknowledge the strikes.

Karelin seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
