Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tero Routa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Jorgensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tero Routa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Anton Jorgensen! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. A momentary lapse in concentration from Jorgensen enables Routa to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jorgensen manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Routa wants to control from the top but Jorgensen keeps moving. Routa is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Jorgensen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Routa doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Routa manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Routa trying to control the position from guard on top but Jorgensen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jorgensen is looking for a triangle but Routa pushes his legs off easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Routa gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Jorgensen stuffs the takedown attempt from Routa. Routa gets slowly back to his feet. Routa throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jorgensen's waist but Jorgensen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Routa off to one side. Jorgensen keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tero Routa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Routa doesn't succeed with the takedown and Jorgensen counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Routa tries to get to full guard but Jorgensen has control of the leg. Jorgensen sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Routa defending well though. Routa is trying to get back to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jorgensen looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Routa with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Jorgensen thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Routa's head. Jorgensen is nestled in close to Routa, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Routa makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Routa. Routa is looking for a triangle but Jorgensen pushes his legs off easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Routa is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Routa is breathing heavily. Routa has momentary wrist control but Jorgensen slips an elbow through the middle. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Anton Jorgensen dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Routa looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Routa fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Jorgensen looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Routa closes the distance and clinches up with Jorgensen, looking for a takedown. Routa pushes Jorgensen against the cage but Jorgensen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tero Routa. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Routa shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jorgensen but Jorgensen pushes him off and we're back to square one. Routa tries for a takedown but Jorgensen circles away easily and Jorgensen decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Routa's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jorgensen drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jorgensen jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jorgensen throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Jorgensen's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Jorgensen working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jorgensen is in close to Routa's body, working some short punches and elbows. Jorgensen lands a couple of decent looking shots. Jorgensen is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Jorgensen working some strikes from top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Routa looking to control.
Jorgensen has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Routa wants to control the position but Jorgensen says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Jorgensen is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Jorgensen is working for a submission of some sort.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Routa tries to get to full guard but Jorgensen has control of the leg. Jorgensen is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Routa defends it well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Anton Jorgensen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Routa drives through and clinches with Jorgensen against the cage.
A head punch on the inside from Jorgensen fails to land. Routa goes for a takedown in the clinch but Jorgensen prevents it.

Routa shoots for a double leg takedown but Jorgensen sprawls well. He's pushed Routa's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tero Routa. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jorgensen thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Routa is trying to keep Jorgensen in close.
Jorgensen has gone for a leg lock! Routa slips out almost immediately though and dives into Jorgensen's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Routa trying to control but Jorgensen is working from the bottom. Jorgensen looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Routa has picked Jorgensen up and slammed him! Jorgensen can't keep hold of the triangle and Routa manages to pass to side control!
That's three minutes gone in the round. An elbow from Routa crashes against the mat.
Anton Jorgensen has got the better of the ground game so far. Jorgensen throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land. Jorgensen is looking to regain half guard here but Routa keeps moving and retains side control. Routa tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Jorgensen manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Routa is trying to maintain the position but Jorgensen is very close to passing his half guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
We're going to have a standup here because Tero Routa wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Routa instigates a clinch. Tero Routa has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jorgensen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Anton Jorgensen. I've got Jorgensen winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
