The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zee throws out a loose jab but Fernandez uses good head movement to avoid it.
Zee thows a left - swing and a miss!
Fernandez on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

We've been hearing reports that Zee has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Zee shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Fernandez's guard.

Zee got a little sloppy there for a moment and Fernandez has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Zee has managed to get both his arms back between Fernandez's legs - danger averted.

Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Zee and the ref steps in to end the fight! Zee can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
