Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cyrus Kirk!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Franklyn Lucas and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Traut throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Traut drops Kirk with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kirk looks back up at him and smiles so Traut waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Cyrus Kirk has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kirk looks for the body kick but Traut saw that one coming.
Kirk tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Traut is able to avoid easily.
Kirk tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Traut counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Traut.
Traut wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Kirk's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kirk closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Traut's guard.
Traut keeping moving, preventing Kirk from controlling successfully.
Kirk working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Kirk pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Traut is keeping the position for now.
Kirk has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kirk wants to control from the top but Traut keeps moving.
Traut wants to get back to his feet but Kirk passes into half guard.
Kirk wants to take a breather but Traut is having none of it.
Traut wants to get back to his feet.
Traut on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Traut tries to get out of the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Traut is staying active underneath Kirk, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Cyrus Kirk was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Traut avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kirk throws a head kick but Traut moves out of range.
Traut could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Traut throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Kirk crashing down! Kirk tries to stagger back to his feet but Traut just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Kirk asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Irvin Traut!
