The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prechantakul doesn't manage to clinch there - Marfil circles away.
Prechantakul pushes Marfil up against the cage in a clinch.
Marfil wants to break free but Prechantakul has control.

Prechantakul shoots in for a takedown but Marfil shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Marfil slaps away a takedown attempt from Prechantakul, before circling back to the center of the mat.
We've been told by Prechantakul's head coaches at Tokyo Totally Gym + Sauna that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Prechantakul shoots in but Marfil avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Weerasak Prechantakul. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Marfil scores with a crisp jab that stopped Prechantakul in his tracks.
Marfil throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Prechantakul.

Prechantakul is looking to take a break and control but Marfil is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Marfil throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Prechantakul on the side of the head.
Prechantakul moves in looking to clinch but Marfil pushes him off.

and Marfil comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Prechantakul stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Marfil is on him like rabid pit bull! Prechantakul slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jienaro Marfil!
After winning the bout, Jienaro Marfil thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
