The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frotch tries to clinch up but Tefft circles away and keeps his distance.
Tefft scores with a body shot.
Frotch instigates a clinch.
Frotch lands a damaging elbow.
It looks like Will Tefft has been cut.
Frotch has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Tefft is trying to keep an underhook but Frotch manages to get the takedown into half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Tefft is trying to get back to full guard.
Tefft could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Frotch wants to take a breather but Tefft is having none of it.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Frotch cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Tefft is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tefft is looking to improve his position but Frotch isn't that keen on the idea.
