The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bishop slaps away a takedown attempt from Fitch, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Bishop works over Fitch's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Adam Fitch has been cut.

Fitch throws a hook but Bishop avoids it easily.
Fitch shoots in for a takedown but Bishop shows good takedown defense.

Fitch is rocked!

Fitch shoots in looking for a takedown but Bishop manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Fitch's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Damien Bishop has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Fitch.

Bishop scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Bishop closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Fitch! Bishop dives in looking to finish! Fitch is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

After the fight, Damien Bishop was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
