The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior throws a body punch but Pettis moves out of range.
Pettis fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Junior to the ground. Pettis is now in Junior's guard.
Pettis pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Junior is keeping the position for now.
Pettis trying to control but Junior is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Junior looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Junior is still trying to improve position.
Junior wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pettis is sitting in close to Junior's body. Junior has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Pettis is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Pettis is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Junior.
