Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Delphino Atlantis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lou Harrison! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harrison with a body punch. A glancing blow. Atlantis slips under a jab. Harrison lands with a good body shot. The fight stays on the outside here - Harrison looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Harrison's coach down at Untitled was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Harrison's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Atlantis steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Harrison. Atlantis takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Atlantis slips under a jab. Harrison has closed the distance and engaged Atlantis in a clinch.
Harrison can't find room to land a body shot as Atlantis controls the action.
That's one minute gone in the round. Atlantis tries to pull guard but Harrison forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Harrison lands an uppercut. Harrison struggles to land a body shot inside as Atlantis controls his hands.
Atlantis lands a takedown into guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Harrison keeping full guard, as Atlantis tries to pass. Harrison has his hands on Atlantis's head, controlling the position. Atlantis controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Harrison has Atlantis pulled in close to control his posture.
Lou Harrison has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Harrison tries to clinch up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Harrison throws a right hand that misses
and Atlantis counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Harrison wants to control but Atlantis passes into side.
Atlantis tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Atlantis has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Atlantis is trying to get an arm triangle but Harrison is defending well. Harrison really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Atlantis. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Atlantis is looking to take a break and control but Harrison is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Harrison holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage.

Atlantis working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Atlantis has hold of Harrison's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Harrison tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Atlantis cranks the arm and Harrison screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Harrison, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
