Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Masaru Shimabukuro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Lebow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shimabukuro's entrance music is Warrior. A fine choice. Josh Lebow has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Masaru Shimabukuro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Josh Lebow! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shirou Masuda and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shimabukuro throws a right hand that Lebow ducks under and follows up with a left that Lebow also avoids with ease. Shimabukuro misses with a few strikes there.
Shimabukuro tries a head kick but it misses.
Shimabukuro scores with a crisp jab that stopped Lebow in his tracks. A slow jab from Shimabukuro misses its intended target. Lebow throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Shimabukuro lands with a thumping leg kick.
Lebow throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Lebow moves out of range of the body kick. Shimabukuro swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Lebow counters with a slapping leg kick. Lebow thumps Shimabukuro with a low kick. Shimabukuro throws the kick towards the body but Lebow avoids it. Lebow has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Lebow avoids the head kick by Shimabukuro.
Lebow dodges the punch combination from Shimabukuro.
Shimabukuro tries to land a body kick and Lebow counters with a good low kick that Shimabukuro was not able to check. Shimabukuro has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Xtreme Punishment in the buildup to the fight. Shimabukuro connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Lebow's hands. Shimabukuro throws a push kick but Lebow slaps the foot to one side.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Shimabukuro, right into the meat.
Shimabukuro misses with a jab, cross combination.
Lebow throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Shimabukuro scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Josh Lebow has been cut. Lebow clinches up against the cage. Lebow scores with a nice hook to the head. Shimabukuro takes an elbow to the forehead. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Shimabukuro as Lebow tries to tie him up. Shimabukuro breaks from the clinch.
Shimabukuro moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lebow rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Shimabukuro moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Masaru Shimabukuro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Shimabukuro on the wrong end of a nice jab. Shimabukuro lands with a right that hurts Lebow. Lebow looks to clinch but Shimabukuro throws a short knee that drops Lebow. This one is all over!
