Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ken Masters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Franklin Jigster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Franklin Jigster looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Ken Masters!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Franklin Jigster!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Atkins and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jigster tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Masters defends well and Jigster ends up having to push Masters into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Jigster misses with a punch to the body.
Masters lands an uppercut.
Masters taking a breather.
Jigster tries to land a knee to the head but Masters blocks with his arms.
Jigster tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Masters avoids it.
Masters has Jigster pressed against the cage, preventing Jigster from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
With the fighters up against the cage, Masters throws an elbow but misses.
A body shot lands from Masters.
The referee calls for Masters to work.
Jigster fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Jigster misses with a punch to the body.
Masters pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Masters keeps control of Jigster as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Masters definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Jigster tries to pull guard but Masters won't allow it.
Ken Masters has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Franklin Jigster.

Jigster is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Masters gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Masters manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Masters keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Jigster's efforts to push away.
Jigster tries to pull guard but Masters holds him up against the cage and eventually Jigster drops back down to his feet.
Jigster tries to land knees in the clinch but Masters avoids the damage to the body.
A nice right hand lands inside from Masters.
Jigster looking to throw knees to the head but Masters is blocking nicely.
Jigster tries to pull guard but Masters holds him up against the cage and eventually Jigster drops back down to his feet.
Jigster tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Masters just stands there and leans against the cage.
Jigster looks winded!

Masters lands a shot to the body.
Masters blocking some punches.
Masters lands a body shot in the clinch.
Masters taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Masters is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Jigster is defending well for now.
Masters lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Masters is stalling here.
Jigster tries for a takedown. No joy.
Jigster blocks the elbow strike.
Masters misses with a knee strike.
Masters misses with an elbow over the top.
Jigster misses with the head strike.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Masters throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Jigster blocks it with crossed arms.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

Jigster looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Masters on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Masters lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Masters misses with a knee strike.
Jigster avoiding damage as Masters throws knees to the body.
Masters prevents a takedown attempt there.
Masters dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Jigster jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Masters walks away with a smile on his face. Jigster gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Jigster looks for a takedown but Masters sprawls well.
Masters takes a swing at Jigster's ribcage but misses.
Masters pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Jigster looks to clinch

and Masters counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Jigster!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Masters wants to stand but Jigster is controlling his arm.
Masters tries to stand but Jigster controls the position and pulls Masters into his guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Jigster has his hands on Masters's head, controlling the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jigster is trying to control the position but Masters postures up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ken Masters dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Jigster tries to close the distance and clinch up but Masters swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A slow jab from Masters misses its intended target.
Jigster tries to move into range but Masters moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Jigster moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Jigster is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Jigster tries to clinch but Masters is having none of it.
Jigster lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Jigster fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Masters avoids it really well and circles away.
Masters cracks Jigster with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Masters cracks Jigster with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Jigster pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jigster shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Masters sprawls well. Masters wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jigster gets slowly back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jigster cracks the inside of Masters's front leg.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Jigster misses with a takedown

and Masters counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Ken Masters has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Franklin Jigster.
Masters wants to stand and escape but instead Jigster has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Jigster advances to half guard.

Jigster in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Masters tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Jigster!
