Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edwards tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Faber manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Edwards moves in looking to clinch but Faber pushes him off.
Faber keeps the fight on the outside.
Nice defenses there by Faber.
Edwards throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Faber has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Edwards seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Faber can turn it around.

Faber fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Edwards has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Faber will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

The crowd cheers as Faber lands an impressive looking overhand right. Edwards doesn't seem phased though.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
