Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Stanley Collier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Marchant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Stanley Collier! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Robert Marchant! The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Collier forces Marchant back against the cage and clinches. Marchant tries to break free but Collier pushes him back against the cage. Marchant has picked Collier up - he's going for a ride! Marchant dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Collier trying to control from the bottom.
Collier keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Collier with the active half guard here but Marchant passes nicely into side control. Marchant trying to control the position but Collier is working away. Collier can't do much from the bottom here. Marchant working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
That's one minute gone in the round. Collier sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Collier is trying to maintain the position but Marchant is very close to passing his half guard. Marchant wants to pass to mount but Collier is defending the position. Collier regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Marchant. Collier trying to keep a closed guard but Marchant is proving a slippery customer.
Marchant wants to stand but Collier has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Marchant stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Collier swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Marchant stands up from Collier's guard - Marchant perhaps looking for a knockout. Marchant drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Collier struggling a bit here. Marchant postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marchant controls the position. Marchant tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Marchant has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Collier struggling a bit here. Marchant working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Collier dodges the ground and pound from Marchant. Collier might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Collier holds on to Marchant's head and controls the position momentarily. Collier is letting Marchant control him for a moment. Collier could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Collier regains half guard. Collier trying to control from the bottom.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Marchant is trying to control. Collier wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Marchant is looking for a kimura here.

Robert Marchant dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Marchant dodges the punch combination from Collier.
Collier wants to clinch. Marchant manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Collier on his heels. He'll look to pass Collier's guard now, I'm sure. Marchant in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Collier is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Robert Marchant has got the better of the ground game so far. Marchant decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Collier, up you get! Marchant manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Collier on his heels. He'll look to pass Collier's guard now, I'm sure. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Collier has a closed guard, preventing Marchant from standing up. Collier keeping full guard, as Marchant tries to pass. Collier looking to control but Marchant passes into half guard.
Collier is refusing to be controlled, as Marchant sits in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Collier is trying to stand up here but Marchant is controlling him well. Collier wants to get back to full guard. Marchant wants to control but Collier is keeping him busy. Collier wants to control but Marchant is keeping busy and won't allow it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Marchant swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Marchant decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Collier misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Collier is pressing down on Marchant's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Collier striking off his back but it's not causing Marchant any problems. Marchant slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Marchant postures up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Collier tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Stanley Collier. Marchant shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Collier's guard. Marchant stops Collier from standing up. Marchant pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Collier is keeping the position for now. Collier is trying to control the position but Marchant postures up. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Collier has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Marchant has passed into side control.

Robert Marchant showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Marchant gets the takedown into side control. Collier can't do much from the bottom here. Marchant moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. An elbow from Marchant crashes against the mat.
Marchant wants to lay and pray for a moment but Collier keeps working. Marchant has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fight moves into the clinch position. Marchant jumps guard.
Marchant looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Collier puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Marchant is controlling Collier's trapped leg to prevent Collier from advancing to side control. Marchant is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Collier's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Collier's back! Marchant biding his time, looking for the opening.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Collier has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Marchant. Collier is trying escape back to his feet. He turns into his opponent's guard and eventually finds his way back to his feet. Marchant shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Marchant was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Marchant takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Collier throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Marchant misses with a series of wild punches.
Collier swings for the body but Marchant moves out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marchant gets a double leg takedown into Collier's guard. Marchant throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Collier works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Marchant is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Marchant won't allow Collier to sweep him here. Collier wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Marchant works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Marchant tries to pass to full mount but Collier defends it. Marchant is keen to just control but Collier is a slippery customer. Marchant is thwarting Collier's attempts to control the position. Marchant thows a huge punch but Collier dodges it nicely.
Collier wants to get back to his feet.
Marchant seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Marchant drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Robert Marchant comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Marchant has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
