The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Props throws a leg kick
and Bowen counters with a big head kick but Props shrugs it off.
Props misses with the combination.
Props fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bowen sprawls well initially but Props persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Props frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Props working for a guillotine from mount but Bowen is in no mood to give up.
Props looking to finish Bowen with some ground and pound. This is bad for Bowen!
Props lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Props prevents Bowen from getting the reversal.

Props controlling the pace for now.
Props jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Bowen manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Bowen is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You can see the frustration on Bowen's face as Props controls the position.
Props scores with a couple of short elbows.

Props works to advance to full mount. Bowen defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Bowen is in a horrible position here. Props smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Props with shots to the head and body - Bowen looks very uncomfortable down there.

A big strike lands for Props! That's really hurt Bowen and he's turned his back - Props keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Props jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
