Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Prince Merritt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dallas Walts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dallas Walts told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Colin Fray and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walts misses with a few strikes there.
Walts throws a left and a right that both miss
and Merritt counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Walts is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Walts bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Merritt's head.
Walts throws a series of punches but Merritt moves out of range.
Merritt showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Walts.
Merritt tries a head kick but it misses.
Walts blocks a head kick by Merritt.
Walts fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Walts cracks Merritt with a hook to the temple - Merritt is on wobbly legs here! Walts swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Merritt falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Walts wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Dallas Walts!
