The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Ripper wants to get back to striking at distance but Gracief won't allow it.
Gracief on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Gracief lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Gracief lands a body punch in the clinch.
Gracief lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Gracief content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Ripper is breathing heavily.

Ripper misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Gracief.
Gracief lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Ripper wants to break the clinch but can't.
Ripper jumps guard but Gracief stands there with Ripper around his waist. Ripper gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Gracief pushes Ripper against the cage. Gracief is working some dirty boxing. Gracief pushes off with a quick right hook! Ripper goes down! Ripper tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Gracief moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
