Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jim Beam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arnold Medorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Arnold Medorn! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Medorn scores a takedown into full mount! Beam is in all sorts of trouble here.

Medorn trying to control but Beam is having none of it. Beam is looking to get to half guard. Beam sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Beam is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Medorn scores with a couple of nice shots.
It looks like Jim Beam has been cut. Medorn seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Beam does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Medorn controlling the action here. Medorn is tying to control. Beam closes the distance and clinches up with Medorn, looking for a takedown. Beam pushes Medorn against the cage but Medorn circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Beam misses the shot to the body. A head kick misses from Medorn. Beam shoots for a double leg takedown but Medorn sprawls well. He's pushed Beam's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Medorn tries to close the distance and clinch but Beam swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Beam slips a jab and a cross from Medorn.

Medorn is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Beam is surviving well by controlling Medorn's body position as best he can. Beam defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Medorn. Medorn unloads with some shots from mount but Beam bucks and avoids them well.

And that's the end of the fight! Arnold Medorn comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Medorn has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
