The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gonzales.
Gonzales avoids the head kick by Tyson.
Gonzales will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Horrible takedown by Gonzales or perhaps it was just good defense by Tyson which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Odis Gonzales. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tyson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gonzales sprawling to the canvas! Gonzales rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Tyson finish him?!
Gonzales is rocked!
It looks like Odis Gonzales has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Tyson shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Tyson slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Tyson lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.
