The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hunter shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Isthill napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Hunter is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Isthill knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Isthill regains half guard.

Hunter looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Hunter is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Isthill defends it well.
Isthill is concentrating on defense, preventing Hunter from advancing position.
The fighters are battling for position here. Isthill manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Hunter throws an elbow that misses. Isthill uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Hunter's guard. Nice move by Isthill!
