The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Serrano misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Everts.
Everts closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Serrano to the mat! Serrano manages to get full guard.
Serrano is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Everts is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Serrano is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Everts presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Everts lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Serrano has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Serrano and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Everts shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Serrano's guard.

Serrano drops down looking for an ankle pick but Everts pulls his leg out and moves away.
Serrano takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Heinz Everts comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Everts has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
