These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spliff tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. McMorrow manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
McMorrow looks to land a right hand but Spliff moved out of range.
McMorrow is looking to chop away at Spliff's legs.
McMorrow fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Spliff manages to avoid it.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Spliff has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. McMorrow is working away from the top position though.

Spliff escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. McMorrow gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Spliff is looking to cinch up a triangle. McMorrow throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Spliff's body to avoid the submission. Spliff has instead reached around McMorrow's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Spliff arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
