Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Korra Blaze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Masutatsu Oyama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oyama has chosen World Order - Permanent Revolution as his entrance music. Masutatsu Oyama has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Korra Blaze's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Korra Blaze! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Masutatsu Oyama! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Peter Branson and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oyama swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Oyama lands with a hook. Blaze tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Oyama shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Blaze eats them both and turns towards Oyama to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Good standup being displayed there by Oyama as he connects with a hook. Blaze showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Oyama.
Oyama misses with the combination.
Oyama lands a jab. Blaze takes one on the button. Oyama wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oyama moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Oyama lands a head shot. Blaze is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Oyama.
Blaze is rocked! Oyama connects with a looping right hand.
Oh Blaze is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Oyama lands a right hook to the body.
Blaze needs to keep his hands up - Oyama had a free shot at his head there. Blaze looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Oyama cracks Blaze with a big right hand and Blaze goes down! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Oyama trying to control the position from guard on top but Blaze is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Oyama postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Blaze is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Oyama, into his guard. Blaze wants to control from the top but Oyama keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Oyama lands a decent punch to the body there. Blaze seems to have got his legs back now. Blaze stands and throws Oyama's legs to the side, diving into side control. Oyama seems a little lost for a moment, as Blaze dominates the positioning. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Oyama tries to improve position but can't. Blaze advances to full mount. Oyama tries to hold on but Blaze postures up. Oyama is looking to improve his position but Blaze isn't that keen on the idea. Blaze controlling from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Blaze wants to finish this one by submission but Oyama is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Blaze. Blaze wants to control the pace but Oyama is squirming around nicely. Blaze blocks Oyama's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. We've been informed that Oyama has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Blaze controlling his opponent. Oyama is trying desperately to improve position. Oyama is still trying to improve position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Blaze working for a submission but Oyama is keeping him at bay. Blaze can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Oyama is looking to escape. Blaze controlling the position easily from mount. Oyama really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Blaze controlling the pace for now. Oyama really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Masutatsu Oyama dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Oyama uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Blaze takes a body punch but keeps moving. Oyama lands with a straight right. Blaze didn't see that one coming. Blaze drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Oyama misses with a wild combination.
Oyama throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Jab from Oyama. Oyama scores with a shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oyama jabs at Blaze's body. Korra Blaze is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Oyama fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Blaze looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Oyama swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Oyama lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Blaze backs up against the cage.
Nice uppercut lands for Oyama. That snapped Blaze's head back.
Oyama stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Oyama scores with a hook to the body. Blaze takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Oyama throws out a powerful jab. Oyama fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Blaze on the side of the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Oyama works the jab nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Oyama bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Blaze's head backwards. Masutatsu Oyama seems to be getting the better of the standup. Oyama pounces like a tiger and cracks Blaze with a vicious hook! Blaze is down but not out! Oyama follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Masutatsu Oyama! After winning the bout, Masutatsu Oyama thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility. Korra Blaze was interviewed post fight and said 'wow what a night for me huh , id like to thank the fans and my master gracie for teaching me how to use this great style im sorry it could not help me today, thank you to my opponent you were one tuff man and i wish you best of luck god bless'.
