The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams tries to clinch up but Brzeczyszczykiewicz circles away and keeps his distance.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Williams has eaten all the pies!
Williams swings for the body but Brzeczyszczykiewicz moves out of range.
Williams with a poor takedown
and Brzeczyszczykiewicz counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Brzeczyszczykiewicz.
Williams preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Williams really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Brzeczyszczykiewicz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Brzeczyszczykiewicz's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Brzeczyszczykiewicz stands up over Williams, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Brzeczyszczykiewicz drops back looking for a leg! Williams is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Williams manages to kick Brzeczyszczykiewicz off! Brzeczyszczykiewicz jumps back into Williams's guard.
Brzeczyszczykiewicz controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Williams has momentary wrist control but Brzeczyszczykiewicz slips an elbow through the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Brzeczyszczykiewicz is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Grzeggorz Brzeczyszczykiewicz.
Williams misses with a takedown attempt
and Brzeczyszczykiewicz counters with a takedown into side control.
Brzeczyszczykiewicz has an Americana. Williams didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Brzeczyszczykiewicz is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Brzeczyszczykiewicz hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
