1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Gregor Erikson! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Sandra Marshall and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Erikson wants to clinch up but The Great keeps it at a distance. Erikson throws a right and a left that both miss. Erikson fails with a takedown attempt. Nice sprawl there from The Great as Erikson shoots in. The Great clinches up against the cage. The Great with a knee to the head.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as The Great takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Erikson takes an elbow to the forehead. The Great lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. The Great scores with a knee to the head.

The Great has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Erikson is proving hard to escape from. The Great is sitting in close to Erikson's body. Erikson has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! The Great is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, The Great is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Erikson.
