Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Janno Gibbs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wolfgang Becker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Gibbs might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Apocalypse Please. Becker is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mr Boombastic. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Becker slips a jab from Gibbs.
Gibbs throws an off balance right hand
and Becker counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Gibbs throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Becker counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Gibbs lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Becker takes one to the side of the head.
Gibbs swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
enabling Becker to counter with a crisp jab.
Becker on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Gibbs takes a swing at Becker's ribcage but misses.
Gibbs throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Becker counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Becker moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Gibbs throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Becker looks to throw the jab but Gibbs is out of range.
Janno Gibbs is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Gibbs tests Becker's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Gibbs uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Becker has time to react.
Gibbs throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
It looks like Gibbs has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Gibbs lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Gibbs bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Becker fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Gibbs digs a good body shot into Becker's ribs.

Gibbs's jab looks to have found its range, popping Becker under the eye.
Gibbs lands with an uppercut that bounces Becker off the cage and back into range.

Becker is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Becker moves out of range as Gibbs strikes.
Becker is still on wobbly legs! Can Gibbs finish him?
Gibbs throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Becker steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gibbs.
Becker seems to have recovered his senses.
Gibbs thows a left - swing and a miss!
Becker swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Becker tries to move into range but Gibbs moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Becker walks straight into a right hand from Gibbs - that's dropped him! Gibbs jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Becker from any more punishment! Becker complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

After winning the bout, Janno Gibbs thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
In defeat, Wolfgang Becker stepped up to the mic, saying 'Fuck this shit I'm outta here!'.
