Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sly Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Unigu Rege (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guy will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Rege shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Still in half guard, Rege seems content to control.

Guy pushes Rege off looking to stand but Rege dives back in and keeps control.

That was a close round but I would say that Sly Guy will probably get the nod.

Unigu Rege showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

That kick from Guy tenderised Rege's leg. Rege is trying to keep his angry face on.
Guy lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Guy tries to land a front kick but Rege steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Rege throws a low kick but it's checked well by Guy.
Guy thuds his shin into the meat of Rege's side.

Rege takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Rege crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Guy - the referee stops the clock and Rege gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Guy. Rege manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Rege closes this distance looking for a takedown but Guy circles away.
And that's the end of the fight!
Sly Guy showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Guy has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
