The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Larusso takes the fight into the clinch.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Larusso creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Kim has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Larusso seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Kim can turn it around.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Larusso lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Kim backwards.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kim stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Kim is looking to control Larusso's arms but Larusso gets an underhook and turns him. Now Kim has his back to the cage.

Kim lands with a kick to the ribs.
Larusso throws a right and a left that Kim avoids nicely.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Kim - that will leave a mark!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Larusso lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kim has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kim and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Larusso looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Larusso gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Larusso blocks the body kick.
Kim stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Larusso.
Larusso uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kim.

Larusso closes the distance and clinches.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Larusso.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Larusso lands a body shot in the clinch.
Kim blocks an uppercut.
Kim tries to score a body lock takedown but Larusso shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Kim breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kim slips a straight right by Larusso.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Kim.
Kim ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Larusso moves out of range of the strikes.
Larusso wants to clinch.
Kim pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Larusso misses with a hook.
Larusso fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kim throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Larusso.
Kim on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Kim misses with a body kick.
Larusso lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Larusso checks a low kick from Kim.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kim takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.


Kim is rocked!
Larusso misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kim.
Kim is still on wobbly legs! Can Larusso finish him?
Larusso walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Kim drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Larusso swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Kim's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:14 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daniel Larusso!
Daniel Larusso is the new bantamweight champion!
After winning the bout, Daniel Larusso thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
In defeat, Jong Un Kim stepped up to the mic, saying 'Congrats, Kid. I'm heading back to the gym to wax on and wax off, and I'll be back to get this belt.'.
