Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bam Bam Bam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Verceti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Bam Bam Bam! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tommy Verceti! The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Sandra Marshall and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Verceti avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Verceti shoots in for a double leg but Bam sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Verceti gets a clinch. Bam working hard to break the clinch. Bam tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Verceti avoids it. Bam has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Verceti uses from the top position. Bam on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bam tries to get out of the position. Verceti is looking to work some ground and pound but Bam has wrist control. Verceti trying to control but Bam is working from the bottom. Verceti thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Verceti is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Verceti being controlled here momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Verceti throws a big right hand that misses. Bam has his foot on Verceti's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Verceti works his way back into a safe position though. Bam keeping moving, preventing Verceti from controlling successfully. Bam pulls Verceti in close to prevent any damage. Verceti throwing strikes but missing. Bam can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Verceti controls the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bam is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Verceti postures up and lands a big shot to Bam's brow. Verceti is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Verceti tries to free his leg and advance position but Bam is retaining full guard. Verceti advances position into side control! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bam wants to control but Verceti postures up. Verceti wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bam keeps working.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Verceti is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Verceti misses with the ground and pound. Verceti working the ground and pound. Verceti lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Verceti is looking to take a break and control but Bam is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Verceti stands up and beckons Bam to his feet. Verceti shoots in for a takedown but Bam shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Verceti tries to close the distance and clinch but Bam swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Verceti defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bam. Verceti throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bam was covering up waiting for the punch and Verceti finishes the takedown easily into guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Bam is looking to stand up but Verceti isn't so interested in that idea. Bam is breathing heavily. Verceti stays in close to Bam's body and controls the position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Verceti trying to control but Bam is working from the bottom. Verceti stops Bam from standing up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tommy Verceti dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Verceti moves into range and clinches up with Bam. Verceti is trying to pull guard but Bam turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Verceti pulls guard. Verceti manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bam manages to get himself to full guard.
Verceti missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Verceti trying to control but Bam is working from the bottom. Bam is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Verceti pushing down on Bam's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Verceti passes to full mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Bam is in all sorts of trouble here.

Tommy Verceti has got the better of the ground game so far. Verceti with the ground and pound from mount. Verceti avoids the attempt from Bam to control. Verceti controlling the position easily from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bam is wriggling around trying to escape.
Verceti has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Verceti can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bam is looking to escape. Verceti breaks from Bam's wrist control and lands an elbow. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Verceti landing strikes from the mount and Bam is in trouble! Verceti has control of Bam's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Bam regains control of the situation pretty easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bam in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Verceti content just to control the position here. Bam is trying desperately to improve position. Verceti controlling from the full mount. Verceti wants to finish this one by submission but Bam is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Verceti.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bam squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Verceti goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Bam turns into him and now he's in Verceti's guard.
Verceti lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Bam! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bam tries to hold on but Verceti postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tommy Verceti showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Bam looks to land a combination but Verceti avoids it well. Bam misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bam looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Bam tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bam Bam Bam is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Verceti closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bam circles away. Verceti changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bam tries to avoid it but Verceti manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bam to the ground. Bam escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Verceti closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Verceti tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Bam Bam Bam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tommy Verceti. Verceti has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Bam is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Bam drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Verceti breaks the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bam fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Verceti, pushing him back against the cage. Verceti manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Verceti pushes a forearm under Bam's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Bam is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
