The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cacho misses with a lunging right hand
enabling Sumrall to counter with a crisp jab.
Cacho lands with a nice body punch.
A bone on bone clash there as Sumrall blocks the leg kick.

and Sumrall cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Good leg kick by Cacho there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

and Sumrall counters with a body kick that stops Cacho in his tracks momentarily.

Cacho lands a jab to Sumrall's midsection.
Cacho connects with a nice looking jab.

Cacho sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Sumrall to the ground! Cacho dives into full mount looking to finish!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cacho throws a strike there. Sumrall manages to avoid it well and slips a leg under to get to half guard.
Cacho tries to stand but can't do so whilst Sumrall controls his leg.

and Sumrall counters with a good, hard body kick but Cacho shrugs it off.
Cacho throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Sumrall counters with a nice right hand that sends Cacho toppling to the canvas! Cacho scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Sumrall finish him?!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cacho will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Cacho shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Cacho connects with a body shot that sends Sumrall's belly button to the back.

and Sumrall counters with a good, hard body kick but Cacho shrugs it off.
Cacho is breathing heavily.

Cacho throws a chopping leg kick but Sumrall manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Cacho throws a looping overhand right but Sumrall ducks down to avoid it.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

and Sumrall scores with a counter punch that sends Cacho to the canvas! Sumrall smells blood - he's punishing Cacho with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Cacho has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
