Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Gotti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Itor Lamope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lamope is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by I'm Souljah. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
17 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jimmy Gotti!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
21 - 14 - 1, fighting out of New York, Itor Lamope!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lamope feints and then cracks Gotti's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gotti down.
Gotti misses with a few strikes there.
Gotti sizes up Lamope with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Gotti throws a head kick but Lamope moves out of range.
Gotti falls off balance throwing a combination
and Lamope counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Lamope slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Gotti throws a lazy head kick
and Lamope cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Lamope goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Gotti tries to keep at a distance but Lamope has taken the fight into the clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Lamope.
Lamope tries to throw a body punch but Gotti avoids it by throwing Lamope back against the cage.
Lamope lands a body shot.
Lamope is stalling here.
Lamope lands a body shot in the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lamope goes for a takedown attempt but Gotti pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Lamope throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gotti stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Lamope cracks Gotti with an open hand slap.
Lamope lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Gotti throws a head kick that misses.
Gotti tries to land a front kick but Lamope steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Gotti takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Gotti tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Gotti throws a lazy head kick
and Lamope counters with a nice uppercut.
A punch lands to the side of Gotti 's head but he takes it in his stride.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lamope plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Lamope connects with a looping right hand.
Lamope lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
A thudding body kick lands there by Lamope!

My spies in River's Edge Gym, LOP inform me that Lamope has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
Gotti looking to control.
Lamope is looking to work some ground and pound but Gotti has wrist control.
Lamope stands and throws Gotti's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Gotti is looking for a sweep.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lamope works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Lamope passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Gotti!
Lamope is working for a guillotine from mount but Gotti frees his head quite easily.
Lamope lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Lamope cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The referee warns Gotti that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lamope lands a big shot there that rocks Gotti but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Lamope lands a nice shot to the head.
Gotti is rocked!
Lamope postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Gotti badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Lamope around the waist but Lamope pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Lamope is the winner by TKO! Lamope jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Itor Lamope!
Itor Lamope seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
