Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Bird (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jared Listen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vincent Bird looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Bird thows a body kick. Listen tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Bird throws a solid leg kick but Listen takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Bird.
Good leg kick by Listen there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Listen leaves Bird with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Bird is holding his hands too far apart here. Listen throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Bird is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
