Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yahweh Falwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jr Deloitte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Falwell comes to the cage accompanied by Don't Stop Believing. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Yahweh Falwell! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jr Deloitte! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Micheangelo Fripello and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Falwell falls off balance throwing a combination
and Deloitte counters by moving into the clinch. Falwell managing to block the knees to the body from Deloitte.
Deloitte tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Falwell smiles and moves away.
Falwell will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Falwell rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Deloitte moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Yahweh Falwell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Falwell throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Deloitte. Falwell misses with a wild combination.
Falwell lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Deloitte shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Falwell defends it nicely. Falwell lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. The fight moves into the clinch position. Deloitte is struggling to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Deloitte drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Yahweh Falwell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jr Deloitte. Deloitte leaning against his opponent.
Deloitte lands on the inside with an uppercut. Deloitte just leaning against Falwell, taking a breather.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Jr Deloitte. Falwell misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Falwell looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Falwell fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

and Deloitte counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Deloitte. Deloitte landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Falwell is pressed up against the cage. Deloitte has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Falwell down to the mat. Falwell avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Falwell throws a right hand that Deloitte ducks under and follows up with a left that Deloitte also avoids with ease. Falwell clinches. Knees to the body from Deloitte.
Falwell is trying to break the clinch but Deloitte is controlling him. Deloitte lands a nice knee to the body. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Nice elbow from Deloitte.

Deloitte lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Falwell looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Deloitte missing with knees to the body.
Falwell working hard to break the clinch. Deloitte lands a nice elbow. Falwell on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Deloitte is trying to pull guard but Falwell has him pressed against the cage. Deloitte tries to land knees in the clinch but Falwell avoids the damage to the body. Falwell has had enough of the clinch but Deloitte keeps him there for the moment. Deloitte lands a body shot. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Deloitte jumps into guard, dragging Falwell to the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Deloitte is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Deloitte has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Falwell can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jr Deloitte dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Falwell fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Deloitte, pushing him back against the cage. Falwell being controlled against the cage. Deloitte tries to score a body lock takedown but Falwell shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Deloitte lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Deloitte misses with a knee to the head. Deloitte tries for a takedown but Falwell manages to get underhooks.
Deloitte lands an elbow inside that Falwell shrugs off. Deloitte using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round. Deloitte pulls Falwell in close to prevent any damage. Falwell wants to stand but Deloitte is controlling his posture from full guard. Deloitte looking for a sweep. Not yet Deloitte, not yet. Falwell wants to control from the top but Deloitte keeps moving. Deloitte is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Falwell feints a jab promting Deloitte to slip. Falwell then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Deloitte slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Falwell misses with a double jab.

and Deloitte counters with a nice double leg into guard. Falwell looking to control.
Deloitte seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Falwell throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Deloitte escapes and throws Falwell's legs to the side, diving into side control! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Deloitte tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Falwell knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Deloitte on the ground. Deloitte controls the position from side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Deloitte is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Falwell is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Deloitte is staying tight to Falwell's torso, preventing him from escaping. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Deloitte gets to mount! Falwell was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Deloitte sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Deloitte thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Deloitte controlling the position easily from mount. Jr Deloitte showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Deloitte just misses with a elbow thrown towards Falwell's brow. Deloitte throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Deloitte. Deloitte ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Deloitte no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Deloitte seems keen to control Falwell's posture. Falwell wants to stand and escape but instead Deloitte has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Falwell working a defensive guard but Deloitte manages to pass into side control anyway.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Falwell tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Deloitte presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Falwell reaches up to try and control the position but Deloitte seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Falwell rolls and tries to escape and now Deloitte has his back!
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

Deloitte thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent. Falwell looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

Jr Deloitte wins by unanimous decision! In his post fight interview, Jr Deloitte started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception. The defeated Yahweh Falwell had this to say: 'Hasa diga eebowai. I guess I didn't pray hard enough, or maybe prayed too much. I bet if I rolled more instead of praying, I might have learned to defend submissions. I guess it's God's will. But to quote George Carlin: "If it's God's will and he's going to do what he wants to anyway, why'.
