Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Travis Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frankie Post (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frankie Post struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 156.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Post avoids the body shot from Knight.
Frankie Post seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Post. Post throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Post throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Knight thows a left - swing and a miss! Knight fails with a takedown attempt. Knight blocks a head kick by Post.

Knight is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nice sprawl there from Post as Knight shoots in. A combination from Knight does no damage. Post connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Post tries to bum rush Knight with a series of wild strikes but Knight uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Post pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Knight seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Knight. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Post pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Knight works his foot free and advances to mount. Knight tries to control but Post wriggling away. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Knight controlling the position easily from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frankie Post dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Post lands a big head kick that sends Knight tumbling to the mat! Post takes a step backwards and waves Knight back to his feet - he wants the finish! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Post throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Post doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Knight. Knight is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Knight uses his free foot to push down on Post's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Post.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Knight working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Knight wants to control the pace but Post is squirming around nicely. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Knight is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Post has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Post! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Travis Knight will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Knight shoots in for a takedown but Post shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Post throws a jab when Knight was well out of range. Knight chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Post can pounce on him.
Knight shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Post's guard. Knight passes into half guard. Knight frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Post is squirming around, avoiding Knight's attempts to control the action. Knight wants to take his opponent's back but Post doesn't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Knight goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Post turns into him and now he's in Knight's guard.
Knight has his feet on Post's thighs here. He's pushed Post off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Post screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
