Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Wolfgang Becker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janno Gibbs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Becker comes to the cage accompanied by Mr Boombastic. The crowd seem to be enjoying Gibbs's choice of entrance music: Apocalypse Please. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Wolfgang Becker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
17 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Janno Gibbs!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Winston Howard and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gibbs connects with a good right hand that stumbles Becker. Becker circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Becker keeps the fight on the outside.
Gibbs throws a hook but Becker avoids it easily.
Becker throws a looping overhand right but Gibbs ducks down to avoid it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Gibbs looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Gibbs lands with a good body shot.
Gibbs throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Gibbs tries a head kick but it misses.
Gibbs cracks Becker with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Becker misses with a body shot.
Becker throws a shot from downtown. Gibbs moves away and avoids it.
Becker throws a lazy uppercut
and Gibbs counters with a slapping leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gibbs lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Gibbs thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Becker if he has to take too many more of those.
Gibbs connects with the punch.
Gibbs tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Becker manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Becker misses with a right hand
and Gibbs counters with a straight right hand.
Becker is rocked!
Gibbs rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Becker moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Oh Becker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gibbs circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Becker tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Gibbs wins by KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Janno Gibbs!

Wolfgang Becker spoke after the fight, saying 'Fuck this shit I'm outta here!'.
