1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jedrzej Kowalski! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kowalski throws a big shot that misses. Kowalski throws an uppercut from half a mile away. T Jr sees it coming and avoids it easily. Kowalski connects with a good right hand that stumbles T Jr. T Jr circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Tonio T Jr has been cut. Kowalski throws a hook to the side of T Jr's head but T Jr sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Kowalski avoids the body shot from T Jr.
Nice defenses there by T Jr. T Jr on the wrong end of a nice jab. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! T Jr bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Kowalski has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. T Jr looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Kowalski is avoiding damage well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. T Jr closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - T Jr lands in his opponent's guard. T Jr in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. T Jr trying to control but Kowalski is working from the bottom. T Jr is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. T Jr wants to control from the top but Kowalski keeps moving. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. T Jr passes into half guard. T Jr works his way into full mount!
And that's the end of the fight! Jedrzej Kowalski comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Kowalski has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
