Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Zac Marra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Melendez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marra's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Y2J Theme. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Joseph Jones and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Melendez tries for a takedown but Marra circles away easily
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Melendez doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Marra counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Melendez's guard now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Melendez is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Melendez looking for a sweep. Not yet Melendez, not yet.
Melendez is controlling Marra's posture.
Marra wants to control from the top but Melendez keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Melendez looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Zac Marra wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Marra looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Melendez gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Marra counters with a shoot takedown. Melendez fights it but they end up in guard.
Zac Marra has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anthony Melendez.
Marra has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Melendez to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Marra is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Melendez pulls down on the head and he's put Marra to sleep! This one is all over!
