The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Denisov tries a low kick but Amarce avoids it.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Denisov fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Amarce sprawls well initially but Denisov persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Denisov stalling away here and it's allowed Amarce to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Amarce lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Denisov has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Denisov and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Amarce throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Amarce shoots in but no luck this time.

and Denisov counters with a shoot takedown. Amarce fights it but they end up in guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Denisov has gone for a leg lock! Amarce slips out almost immediately though and dives into Denisov's guard.
Denisov is striking but Amarce is not phased and passes to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight!
Alexey Denisov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Denisov winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
