And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 31 - 13 - 1, fighting out of London, Adamh Pearse!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Avreli ducks under a wild hook from Pearse.
Pearse takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Avreli throws a left that rocks Pearse and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Avreli dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Pearse regain composure!


It looks like Adamh Pearse has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

I was talking to Avreli's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Avreli has hold of one of Pearse's legs. Pearse is fighting the takedown attempt but Avreli gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
