Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Edward Folayang!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, John Mangel and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Folayang feints a jab promting Leonard to slip. Folayang then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Leonard slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
It looks like Terrence Leonard has been cut.
Leonard wants to clinch up but Folayang keeps it at a distance.
Leonard moves out of range of the body kick from Folayang.
Leonard doesn't manage to clinch there - Folayang circles away.
Folayang scores with a push kick.
Leonard slips a jab and a cross from Folayang.
Folayang tries a head kick but it misses.
Leonard checks a leg kick nicely.
Leonard could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Folayang drops Leonard with a nice combination! Folayang dives into Leonard's guard, looking to finish!
Leonard is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Folayang postures up.
Oh Leonard is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Folayang gets to his feet and stands over Leonard, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Leonard felt that one! Folayang unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Leonard from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Edward Folayang!
