The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Bart Greer and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Juric misses the body punch
and Force counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Force scores with a decent looking hook.
Juric throws the left hand but Force avoids the punch easily.
Juric takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Juric slips a jab from Force.
Juric tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Force is able to avoid easily.

Juric loads up on a big right hand but Force slips the punch.
Force moves out of range of the strikes.
Force lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Tharon Juric has been cut.

Force throws a strike but Juric rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Force's corner calls for a 1-2. Force obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

and Force counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Force fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Juric sprawls well initially but Force persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Tharon Juric's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
